 Dr. Amy provides extensive pediatric primary care services:
  •  Wellness checks including sports physicals, developmental and mental health screenings, and completion of school/sport/camp participation forms.
  • Visits for acute concerns such as coughs, colds, sore throat, ear pain, rashes, sprains, concussions, and other injuries.
  • Evaluation of recurrent problems such as abdominal pain, headaches, asthma, allergies, and joint pain.
  • Screening evaluation for behavioral and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, developmental delays, school struggles, and sleep problems.
  • Help with longitudinal coordination for children with special healthcare needs, NICU grads, and anyone who needs a single provider looking at the bigger picture of their health.

Pricing

Convenient, direct access to your child's pediatrician. Covers all preventative visits, management of chronic health issues, and same or next day appointments for acute needs. 
Monthly fee per family:
​$120/ month for one child
$200/ month for two children ($100/ month each)
$270/ month for three children ($90/ month each)
$320/ month for four children ($80/ month each)

Initial Enrollment fee:
$200 for one child
$300 per family
